I am Cecilia Robinson, a BACP Accredited CBT Therapist and I offer friendly, confidential and non-judgemental therapy.
CBT is a talking therapy with an accessible, practical approach. It works well for many common issues we face in life and can achieve long lasting results.
After a free initial call, sessions are an hour long and can be given face to face or via zoom.
