I am Cecilia Robinson, an accredited CBT Therapist and I offer friendly, confidential and non-judgemental therapy.
CBT is a talking therapy with an accessible, practical approach. It works well for many common issues we face in life and can achieve long lasting results.
After an initial free call, sessions are an hour long and can be given conveniently online, by phone or face to face.
