Insomnia is the condition of being unable to sleep over a period of time.
Whist everyone experiences a sleepless night now and again, with insomnia people find it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep or wake up too early in the morning for continuous, long periods of time.

I am passionate about wellbeing and I offer friendly, confidential therapy sessions for treating Panic Attacks and related issues, to help you feel better and get better.

All my sessions can be booked online. You can book sessions one at a time, choose different days and times and swap between Face to Face or Online each time, to fit around your life.

Therapy sessions last 1 hour, are delivered at my therapy room in Loughton and cost £85.
