Covid-19 Policy

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW BEFORE YOU COME TO A FACE TO FACE SESSION

Illness

If you feel unwell or develop any Covid-19 related symptoms you should not attend your face to face appointment with me. Please let me know as soon as possible and we can either move your session to an online session via zoom or reschedule your appointment (whichever you prefer) to the next available, proper, and convenient date and time.

Catch It, Bin It, Kill It

If you feel a sneeze or cough coming on, please use the tissues supplied, or the inside of your elbow if you do not have time, and catch it bin it kill it.

Ventilation

My therapy room has two windows which will be kept open at all times during and between sessions to provide fresh air. I also have a fan which will be on between sessions, and if you so request can also be on during your session, to help keep a good airflow.

Space

There is 2m between our seats in my room. The office door will be kept shut at all times when not entering or exiting to separate us from other communal areas.

I leave a good amount of time between sessions so there is adequate time to refresh the air, sanitise surfaces and so that there is no mixing of clients before/after a session. Please try to arrive punctually, but not more than 5 minutes early, to help me with this.

Face Coverings

As it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face mask, and because it is important you get the therapy you need, mask wearing during my therapy sessions will be optional. However, I am happy to wear a mask during your session if you will be wearing one and if it makes you more comfortable, just let me know if so.

Sanitising

All wipeable high contact surfaces and door handles in my therapy room will be sanitised before each session and there is hand gel available for you to use should you wish to.

Vaccination

I am vaccinated against Covid-19.
